Vikki has led a wide range of projects for staff and students in higher education to address inequitable experiences and focus on anti-racism, assessment, belonging, compassion, growth mindsets, inclusive pedagogy and social justice.

This QAA Collaborative Enhancement Project set out to explore how institutional regulations and practice regarding assessment can impact students’ sense of belonging. Project Lead.

Creative Mindsets aimed to improve outcomes and experience for students by building growth mindsets in both students and staff – the belief that ability develops through effort and by embracing challenge. Project Lead

An academic enhancement intervention that consists of six interrelated themes to explore how belonging relates to learning, teaching and student success through challenging bias and developing compassionate approaches. Project Co-Lead
